Its great to share how you have been helped when in pain. Many different people may have felt marginalised by church and its good to share stories, particularly of how you have found ways to cope, and ways forward. There are many who share your pain in different ways, and we have a God who is greater than any pain his imperfect church may have inflicted on us. Remember, in any situation, there is always a branch of hope, and trust others to help you find it.

Sadly the record we have to date is someone waiting four months for replies to letters concerning their mental health sent to the Baptist Union in Didcot with no sign of replies to letters. Keep clinging on to your faith and remember uncaring structures do not mean there aren’t caring people locally who support and care about you.
